1. Introduction

5. Subscription and Payment 

• Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any applicable taxes. 

• Payment Terms: Payments are due and payable as specified at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. 

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period. 

6. Intellectual Property 

The Services and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TAQNI-ERP and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TAQNI-ERP. 

7. Data Privacy

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.

In no event shall TAQNI-ERP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: 

• Your use or inability to use the Services. 

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein. 

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services. 

11. Disclaimer 

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
